		<description><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t read all the commentary, but can see Dan&#039;s post certainly seems to have struck a chord!  Your post reminds me of Beckhard&#039;s DVF model, where the D = Dissatisfaction, very similar to pain.  

The V, vision, the F, First Steps, to overcome the natural resistance to Change.   Culture and status quo is very powerful.  It takes a lot to make a dent in the universe, and pain is useful that way!  ~ Deb]]></description>
